Customs and import taxes
Shipments outside the EU and USA may incur customs and/or import taxes. These will need to be settled by the buyer.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to help in case of delays due to customs.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and if for any reason you wish to return your item, feel free to do so within 15 days of the delivery date.
We do not charge for Returns, however, the shipping cost of sending the item back will have to be paid by you.
